The trick is hydration and a regen spell.

Lily came out and helped me with her regen spell after I woke up. She's also good for when you've food poisoning, or if you've got achey joints in wintertime.

You still need to rehydrate even with healing magicks, but it makes the pain and nausea go away. It helps when you're sick too! Lily made sure Ardbert healed quickly when he gave himself food poisoning before 🧚🏼‍♀️

Have you tried potions in an ointment form? It isn't too difficult to make a nice lotion and imbue it with magic. (*・ω・)ﾉ🪄🧴🧴°･ﾟ✧ I'm going to make some for Estinien to use on his knees now that it's colder.

we tried just about everything when i was growing up. i kinda got tired of being a test subject & told every1 to leave me alone by high school (⋋_⋌) some stuff worked! & some stuff wasnt worth the side effects. too many potions give me pins & needles and messes w/ my magic

I've eaten too many gross things I think my stomach is used to it by now. Everyone keeps telling me to stop putting weird mystery things in my mouth, but that's what Esuna is for!

I could make an extra jar of ointment for you to try? Test it on a small patch of your arm to see if it causes any bad reactions, and if it doesn't you could test it on your aches and pains. If it's compatible with you I would like to make some for your Dad.

umm youd have to as him tbh. he never talked abt that sort of stuff w/ me, and i hardly ever saw him when he was in his worst shape. we were p distant after i moved out of the citadel. he didnt even tell me when he couldnt walk without a cane so how would i know any of this

thats way too poetic for us lol. our magic is mostly just raw power, its less refined in general. least thats how its been for me outside of flasks. but mines also fucked up so its an unfair comparison 4 every1 else

ramuh is cool tho. on eos his beard is like 200ft long
