That I need to do this to remove Zodiark's claws from Hades' soul is the most fucked up thing I think.

But it will be fine. I am not going to really die. It's only going to be a little stab wound. Very small and precise. It will still look unpleasant, but I will minimize visual discomfort to the best of my ability.

I am also taking measures to minimize the inconvenience I will cause for everyone both during and after. There are only a few things left that I need to arrange.

if u keep ppl out of it theyll feel bad about not being here, esp knowing what happened. if u let ppl be involved theyll have to see it but at least theyll understand how urgent it is and work that much harder. one is better than the other

While it is not something I need, a spar with Estinien would be of benefit as well as something you both may enjoy.

At home there is no Dragoon alive that can match Estinien in combat. He likes pretending he's an unapproachable arsehole, but in reality he is a big sap and kind of a dork.

Switch up your weapons throughout, and use your warping ability at least once. I think he'll enjoy the challenge of an unfamiliar, dynamic combat style like yours. It will also give him an idea of what to expect when we face Hades, so he won't be caught off guard.

I do hope he fits in. I am a bit worried about him.

He is horrendous with technology, but if you send him a message I will make sure he receives it.

He is 6'8" with long, silver hair and pointed ears. He prefers traveling by rooftop and finding very high places to perch on. He is a bit like a cat that way.

If you were truly risking your life I would not allow you to participate.

Your life will not be in danger unless you do something reckless, and even then Ardbert will minimize any damage you receive while Peki heals you. At worst you will be exhausted, bruised, and sore for a few days. My primary concern is for your emotional well-being.

You cannot tell her until five days prior at the absolute earliest, and you cannot mention any names or even hint at what is being done beyond a pre-arranged battle.

If you cannot agree then I cannot risk having you there.

I am not emphasizing the importance of caution because she and I don't get along, or because of trust or a lack thereof, but because I promised my husband I will not die.

I understand. youve made it clear. i wouldnt tell her something that would put your life at risk. i just cant walk out the door pretending things are fine only to come back a mess to explain my lie later. we both have conditions. i dont think they clash.

I was not telling you to lie, just that if you must discuss any emotional discomfort leading up to the event that it will need to be with another involved party.
